Rights and Copyright
- All images and copy posted to this website, with exception of images and copyrights owned by our
artists, are copyright Les Bois Arts. We do not hold copyright on the work of our artists. All artist work
and images thereof are copyright their respective owners. It is in violation of our policies to violate
the copyright of any third party. If you would like to use any of the images posted on this website,
you must obtain permission from the appropriate copyright holder.
Acceptable Use
- No persons may use LesBoisArts.com facilities, services, products or
capabilities to conduct, or solicit the performance of any illegal activity, or to conduct
any other activity which infringes on the rights of LesBoisArts.com, it's
artists or any third party.
- No person may submit for use or otherwise transmit any message,
data, image or program that would violate the property rights of any third party.
This includes the unauthorized transmission or submission of copyrighted text, images, music,
programs, trade secrets or other confidential proprietary information,
trademarks, service marks or trade names used in an infringing manner.
It is in violation of our policies to submit, post for sale or otherwise transmit any information which is libelous
or defamatory, or which violates or infringes on any right of privacy of any person.
Refusal of service
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any person at our sole discretion.
Indemnification
Client agrees to defend, indemnify, save and hold LesBoisArts.com harmless from any and
all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys
fees asserted against LesBoisArts.com, it's agents, it's distributors, it's
customers, officers and employees that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed
or any product sold by the client, its agents, employees or assigns. Client agrees to
defend, indemnify and hold LesBoisArts.com harmless against liabilities arising
out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise
distributed (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on
the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement.
(With humble apology to those of the legal profession... in plain English, this means that
if you buy or sell art or products that (intentionally or not) cause harm to any third party, we are not liable.
If anyone should submit copy or images that presents a copyright infringement, we are also not
responsible - that person is.)
